In this paper, the organic crudes was extracted from the three edible fungi,Marasmius androsaceus,Lepista sordida and Morehella esculenta respectively.They were isolated and purified successively via column chromatography over sephadex LH-20gel, RP-18reversal phase silica gel,and200-300mesh normal phase silica gel.There was nine compounds isolated from the ethyl acetate crude extract from Marasmius androsaceus via column chromatography.The structure of compound MA-9,which might be a new compound of Morpholine diketone,was identified via NMR and mass spectra. The result of analgesic experiment of body-torsion method shows, the inhibition ratios of acetic acid writhing was43.94%when injecting0.2ml1mg/ml MA-9in each mouse.The ethyl acetate crude extract from L. sordida shows strong inhibition against Xanthomonas oryzae,Bacillus subtili,Escherichia coli,Pichia pastoris.The minimum inhibition concentration (MIC) against Xanthomonas oryzae was100μg/100μL.Meanwhile,the crude extract also inhibit the sporulation of Magnaporthe grisea,the relative inhibition ratio was up to95%when the concentration was50μg/100μL.There was four compounds isolated and furified via column chromatography,and the structure of these compounds was identified via NMR and mass spectra.The new compound LS-5has a enediyne structure.The result shows,the MIC of LS-5against Xanthomonas oryzae was10μg/100μL, Meanwhile,LS-5also inhibit the sporulation of Magnaporthe grisea,the relative inhibition ratio was up to95%when the concentration of LS-5was8μg/100μL.The crude which was extracted every three days was analyzed via circular filter paper method,and the LS-5isolated from fermentation broth was detected via HPLC,the analysis result shows,compound LS-5was produce after12th days and reach the maximum production.There was five compounds isolated and furified via column chromatography from the ethyl acetate crude extract from the Morehella esculenta, and the structure of these compounds was identified via NMR and mass spectra.the compound ME-4which was firstly seperated from edible fungi was identified as a cyclo(phe-gly).Activity analysis shows,compound ME-5has strong antioxidant activity.
