This paper takes Hebei province changli area of grape new strains‘Longziwang’ as experimental material, with ‘Longzibao’.‘Cabernet Sauvignon’.‘North Ring’.‘Beta’.‘merlot’.‘Vidal’ six vties as check varieties, in2013, carriedout the ‘Longziwang’ botany properties, biological character survey, determine thequality of berries, through the test identified ‘Longziwang’ cold resistance andfreeze resistance drought resistance, under the experimental conditions, thefollowing results were obtained.1.Botanical characters of the grape new strains ‘Longziwang’ and checkvarieties such as leaves, shoots, inflorescence, branches and seeds were describedsystematically, botanical characters can show the characteristics of each varietiesitself.2.‘Longziwang’ shouting time, flowering period, veraising stage, completelymature berries earlier than ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’, results in growth habit,‘Longziwang’ had the highest germination rate, belong to a high level; Fruiting rate‘Longziwang’ below ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ and ‘Longzibao’, but still belongs to ahigher level; Every fruit clusters ‘Longziwang’ below ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’, belongto medium level;‘Longziwang’ had the highest fruit rate, belongs to a higher level;Growth potential is stronger than the ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ check varieties; Fromthe whole to the variety in changli normal growth and development, results growthhabit can meet production needs.3.‘Longziwang’ ear length less than check varieties ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’,grain weight is less than the ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’, belongs to medium level; But‘Longziwang’ fruit grain size is greater than ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’, belongs tomedium level;‘Longziwang’ fruit color is deeper, is dark purple.4.‘Longziwang’ ripe fruit sugar content of245.53g/L, at the highest level; Acidcontent in all the varieties in between5g/L~8g/L, sugar acid than the varietieswere higher than30,‘Longziwang’ reached the highest42.70; pH difference each type; Juice yield ‘Longziwang’ above ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’, the difference betweeneach type.5.Electrolyte leakage rate of temperature logistic equation calculation and ahalf to death Is a good way to evaluating grape hardiness,‘Longziwang’ reached thehigh level, much higher than ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’;‘Longziwang’ root segment ofculture survival rate after low temperature treatment also far higher than‘CabernetSauvignon’ and other varieties, at a higher level;‘Longziwang’ branches waterretaining capacity significantly greater than ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ poor wintervarieties; As the temperature decreases, different varieties of branch and root solublesugar, soluble protein content increased to different extent. The soluble sugar,soluble protein content is positively related to the grape overwintering sex,‘Longziwang’ have reached a higher level, its cold resistance was stronger.
