The Study On Forest Resources Asset Value Of Qilian Mountain Nature Reserve

Forest resources is an essential part of the ecosystem, not only provides timber, raw materials and other material products for human life and economic development, but also plays an important role for improving the ecological environment and maintaining ecological balance.Qilian Mountain is one of China’s famous mountain, located in the northeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, is called the "mother mountain" and"lifeline" of Hexi Corridor.The forest resources of Qilian Mountain National Nature Reserve (hereinafter referred to as "Qilian Mountain Nature Reserve") has a pivotal significance for water conservation, curb sand, protection of biodiversity, maintenance of ecological safety of Northwest. This article is based on the need of nature reserves,to protect the area construction, study in-depth the value of the services of forest resources supplied by Qilian Mountain Nature Reserve.In this paper, the author makes the theoretical of the assets value constituting and the assets value of forest resources assessment theory as the theoretical basis, combines with field trips to the Qilian Mountain Nature Reserve, explores the necessity and importance of value assessment on forest resources in Qilian Mountain Nature Reserve.According to the main manifestations of the forest resource assets, the ecological and economic value of assets are included in the value system of Nature Reserve forest resources assets.Accounting the magnitude of value and its variance of forest resource assets in Qilian Mountain Nature Reserve and making adjustment based on the level of socio-economic development,so that people have a clearer understanding of protective value of forest resource assets. The results show that the total asset value of forest resources in Qilian Mountain Nature Reserve is1257.87billion yuan, it not only have huge economic and ecological value,but also the assets is growing rapidly.
