Objective: Atrial fibrillation patients occurs inflammatory state and prothrombotic state, the stroke increased incidence of complications in patients with atrial fibrillation, atrialfibrillation prothrombotic state mechanism for the formation of more and more attentionof the medical profession, has been reported in recent years, its pathogenesis associatedwith inflammation, prothrombotic state indicators decline better than singleantithrombotic therapy, after anti-inflammatory joint antithrombotic treatment. If thedifference was statistically significant, in the clinical treatment treating patients withatrial fibrillation, to prevent the strok we can plus anti-inflammatory drugs, maybereduce the incidence of stroke greatly. Methods: Collect54patients with chronic patients with persistent atrial fibrillation(except rheumatic heart disease) in the observation group,34cases of sinus rhythmcontrol group, more than88cases of subjects were detected in plasma inflammatorymarkers (CRP, IL-6)and prothrombotic state indicators (D-dimmer), in order to study thecorrelation of the two state corresponding indicators; and to study antithrombotic therapy(aspirin and warfarin Corinthians) and (or) anti-inflammatory drugs (AttoLavalatorvastatin calcium), observational studies, indicators of change; after3months theobserved relationship between inflammatory markers and prothrombotic stateindicators, first compare the changes in the AF group and sinus rhythm group of threeindicators, followed the patients with atrial fibrillation (atrial fibrillation treatmentguidelines European Society of Cardiology) is divided into the following two groups,thehigh-risk group and the low-risk, the three observed indicators were observed betweenthe two groups, according to the European atrial fibrillation treatment guidelines, high-risk group takes warfarin forestin, the crisis following group takes aspirin; Finally, the relatively high-risk group was treated with warfarin and warfarin combinesanti-inflammatory drugs, three indicators changes in the low-risk group observed threeindicators, one group single takes aspirin, another group takes anti-inflammatory drugscombination with aspirin. Results: compared to the control group, inflammatory markers (CRP, IL-6) of thepatients with atrial fibrillation and the prothrombotic state indicators (D-dimmer) arehigher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05);according to European Society of Cardiology atrial fibrillation treatment guidelines, AFgroup was divided into the following two groups of high-risk groups and in danger, thethree observed indicators observed between the two groups and found that high-riskgroup were higher than those in crisis following group, and the difference wasstatisticallysignificance (p <0.05); according to the Europe2010atrial fibrillationtreatment guidelines score, the high-risk group taking warfarin, in crisis followinggroup taking aspirin, the high-risk patients were randomly divided into oral warfaringroup with warfarin group, warfarin forestjointly with atorvastatin calcium groups, afterthree months, reviewing the three indicators, the results of the comparison found that thethree indicators before and after treatment difference in warfarin group was notstatistically significant (p>0.05), warfarin combines with anti-inflammatory drugs, threemonths later the review of the three indicators were statistically significant (p <0.05),aspirin group randomly divided into aspirin alone and aspirin plus Atto atorvastatincalcium two groups, three-month review research indicators, compare the results foundthat the difference was not statistically significant (p>0.05) before and after treatmentwith aspirin alone three indicators, three indicators of aspirin and anti-inflammatorydrugs change was statistically significant (p <0.05).Conclusion: The patients with atrial fibrillation exists prothrombotic state andinflammatory state, and the inflammatory state and prothrombotic state in patients withatrial fibrillation related to the risk factor, atrial fibrillation patients uses the antithrombotic joint anti-inflammatory treatment to prevent the embolic events, thethrombosisformer state index declines more than single antithrombotic the apparentdrug, and the difference was statistically significant. Patients with atrial fibrillation in thegiven anticoagulant therapy for stroke prevention, anti-inflammatory drugs also can assistto reduce the occurrence of thromboembolic events, the large sample size of clinicalfollow-up also needs to confirm the conclusion of this trial.
