The Study Of Ganoderma Lucidum Extract In The Treatment Of Adriamycin Nephropathy In Rats

Object:The effect and mechanism of Ganoderma lucidum extract on primary nephropathy syndrome were established by injection of adriamycin.Methods:The adriamycin nephropathy model rats were established by the injection of adriamycin. Then, Ganodetma lucidum wete given to the rats orally for30d. The lebels of24HUPQ,TC, TG, TP, ALB, BUN and SUR were detected.Results:1、L、M、H doses model groups,the M group copy the model established.2、Compared with normal group,the model group24HUPQ was significantly increased (P<0.01); the levels of TC、TG、Sur、BUN were also significantly increased (P<0.01); the levels of TP、ALB were significantly decreased (P<0.01),which are all provided with meanings in the statistics.3、Compared with model group,the H treatment group24HUPQ was significantly decreased (P<0.01),the levels of TC、TG、Sur、BUN were also significantly decreased (P<0.01),the levels of TP、ALB were significantly increased (P<0.01),which are all provided with meanings in the statistics.Conclusion:1、The nephropathy model dose selection6mg/kg better simulate the nephrotic syndrome.2、The positive control group and Ganoderma lucidum extract administered group of rats with adriamycin,Ganoderma lucidum extract on blood biochemical parameters and urine protein content, high-dose group were better than the positive control group.3、Improve the pathophysiology of nephrotic syndrome in rats, blocking the pathogenesis, reducing the renal pathological damage,Remission of nephrotic syndrome, treatment of rats with adriamycin mechanism may be Ganoderma lucidum extract.However, the exact effect of the drug adriamycin nephropathy in rats needs further study.
