Clinical Study On Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Treated By TCM Centralizer Combined With Chemotherapy

Objective: Vital qi deficiency,imbalance of Yin and Yang within the zang-fu viscera is the basis of lung cancer foundation.According to the principle of treatment that strengthening vital qi and eliminating pathogenic factor,we choose"fu zheng fang"combined with DP chemotherapy regimens to study the curative effect of Chinese medicines and chemotherapy on advanced NSCLC.Methods:44 subjects with advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups,22 patients in the treated group were administered with"fu zheng fang"and chemotherapy,22 in the control group with chemotherapy alone.Objective effects and the changes of subjective symptoms were studied during two periods of treatment. Results:After two periods of treatment,the subjective symptoms﹑KPS﹑weights﹑the tumor mark(CEA,CA19-9) were significantly improved in the treated group, better than in the control one.But there was no difference between two groups on the size of focus,the toxicity occurent rate and toxic degree were slighter in the treated group than in the controlone.Conclusion:"fu zheng fang"and chemotherapy have better curative effect on treating advanced NSCLC.
