Clinical Study On Advanced Colorectal Cancer Treated By "Qi Lian Fu Zheng Capsule" Combined With Chemotherapy

Objective: Evaluating the efficacy of Qi lian fu zheng capsule combined with the program OLF (L-OHP and CF and 5 - fluorouracil) of treatment of Advanced colorectal cancer. Methods: 40 patients with advanced colorectal cancer patients were divided into treatment group (20 patients, Qi lian Fu Zheng capsule combined with OLF chemotherapy) and control group (20 patients, chemotherapy alone) observed after treatment.After observing two consecutive cycles of chenmotherpy ,the symptoms were compared before and after treatment ,quality of life Karnofsky score ,weight ,immune function,changes in tumor markers and toxicity levels and so on..Results: Qi lian Fu Zheng capsule combined with OLF chemotherapy can improve most of the clinical symptoms, improve quality of life, stability, and increase weight, reduce blood and gastrointestinal side effects and improve immune function and reduce tumor markers,But in terms of reducing and stabilizing lesions Qi Lian Zheng Capsule chemotherapy combined with OLF chemotherapy alone group had no significant difference.The other two groups on the liver and kidney damage are not obvious.Conclusion:Qi lian Fu Zheng capsule combined with OLF in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer significantly, attenuated with a synergistic effect, is an effective treatment of colorectal cancer, one of the methods can significantly improve the patients quality of life.
