| Objective: Interaction of phlegm and blood stasis is one of the basic pathogenesis oflung cancer."qin lian zheng ji fang"based on the therapeutic principle of dissipatingphlegm and eliminating blood stasis、detoxicating and resolving a mass, so this study use"qin lian zheng ji fang" combined with chemotherapy(DP or GP regimen) to observe thefeeicacy of postoperative NSCLC. Methods:46postoperative subjects were randomlydivided into two groups, the control group using DP/GP chemotherapy, simultaneously thetreated group oral qin lian zheng ji fang on the basis of that. After two cycles ofchemotherapy the changes of the objective effects were observed. In the followingtreatment, both groups will be continuously observed whether the disease progresses until12months. Results: TCM symptoms, weight, Karnofsky score, coagulation index,immune indicators were all improved in the treated group, the side effects of chemotherapyand recurrence were reduced, but there was no significant differences between the tumormarker(CEA) of two groups. Conclusion: Qin lian zheng ji fang combined withchemotherapy has exact effect, and it is worthy for further study. |
