Clinical Observation Of Focused Ultrasound Treatment Of175Cases With Allergic Rhinitis

objective: to obtain the therapeutic effect of Allergic rhinitis withfocused ultrasound treatment。Methods: One hundred and seventy-five cases with allergic rhinitiswere treated by focused ultrasound, and after the treatment of3months,1year,2years or above, the threpeutic effect was evaluated by thepatien′s cilinical symptoms with scoring method, according to theChinese Lanzhou diagnostic criteria of allergic rhinitis(2004). all Onehundred and seventy-five cases were followed for at least2years, theircounting-scores were compared before treatment to after treatment.Results: all One hundred and seventy-five cases were followed forat least2years,49cases were excellent effective, accounted for28%;53cases were less effective, accounted for30.29%;73cases wereIneffective, accounted for41.71%;before the treatment, the mean scorewas(9.23±1.794), and after the treatment,the mean score was(5.11±3.238), both comparison, P=0.00<0.05,there was a statisticallysignificant difference.(including three months with the total effective rate (the total effective rate=excellent effective+less effective) was76%(n=133/175cases),1year the total effective rate was64%(n=112/175);2years or above, the total effective rate was58.29%(n=102/175).Conclusion: focused ultrasound therapy of allergic rhinitis is a kindof noninvasive safe and effective treatment.
