To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Chai Zhi Decoction In The Treatment Of Ear Swelling

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Chai Zhi Decoction in the treatment of earswelling, to extend the clinical medication treatment of ear swelling. Research Methods:Selected60cases meeting the clinic study standard, and divided them into treatment group(30cases) and control group (30cases) randomly. The treatment group was given to expelwind evil, damp elimination for Chai Zhi Decoction Treatment of self-made, control groupreceived Azithromycin Dispersible Tablets+Eucalyptus lemon pinene enteric soft capsule(chelo) treatment, treatment for2weeks, changes of two groups of patients with clinicalsymptoms, physical signs were observed before and after treatment. Results: Clinicalstudy shows that after treatment the patients’ symptom scores are lower than beforesignificantly, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Total effective ratefor the treatment group is90.0%, and that of control group is73.3%, statisticallysignificant different in analysis of p<0.05. The treatment of the group of traditionalChinese medicine is safe and has non-toxic side effects. Conclusion: Chai Zhi Decoctionfor pathogenic wind invasion, has better clinical curative effect of ear PI plug type earswelling.
