Background:Coronary heart disease is a common hazard to human health recently, Oneof whose important risk factor is abnormal lipid metabolism. Statins, as the mosteffective first-line lipid-lowering drugs classic, because of a significantreduction of coronary heart disease morbidity and mortality, is now widely usedin clinical practice. Since2012, the United States and the European Union, warning that statins may cause blood sugar abnormalities, and revised statindrugs manual. Adverse reactions that taking statins may cause elevated bloodsugar, become a growing concern.Objective:(1) Observation atorvastatin relevant factors causing elevated fastingglucose.(2) Comparison of decreased blood lipids, fasting blood sugar causedby atorvastatin effects on coronary stenosis score.(3) Comparison of differencesof elevated fasting glucose caused by rosuvastatin and atorvastatinMethods:Selection of patients hospitalized for unstable angina in First Hospital ofJilin University, who reviewed coronary angiography after about one year.Telephone follow-up of patients to determine its own rules and taking statins. Eligible patients basic information, the relevant inspection and testing resultsextracted through the First Hospital of Jilin University medical record querysystem. After entry finishing, the patients all data applications SPSS19.0software for statistical analysis.Results:(1) There’s significant statistical difference between the group ofdislipidaemia and hyperglycemia and the group of nonattainment lipids andglucose not increase,on both gender aspect and whether the target lipids aspect.(2)There’s significant statistical difference between the group of dislipidaemiaand hyperglycemia and the group of nonattainment lipids and glucose notincrease,on coronary score difference.(3) atorvastatin and rosuvastatin onfasting blood sugar caused no significant statistical difference.Conclusion:(1) atorvastatin-induced fasting hyperglycemia is common in women, especially after taking the lipids found in nonattainment patients.(2) withrespect to statin-induced fasting blood sugar, blood lipids decreased statin-induced coronary atherosclerosis is more important influence on the degree ofhardening.(3) Therefore, taking statins for patients should be monitoredregularly lipids and blood glucose, for both female patients and lipidnonattainment patients all taking Statins, we should pay more attention to thechange of fasting blood glucose fluctuations.
