The Empirical Research About The Relations Between The Detention Drug Rehabilitation Centre Policemen’s Emotion Intelligence,Social Support And Job Burnout

Job burnout, a phenomenon of people feel faced emotional exhaustion, personalized and low personal achievement when people with work of stress. As a special industries, with high pressure and high strength, Policemen’s professional pressure and burnout its not allow to ignore. Emotional intelligence, an ability of people assessment, control and use their emotions, identify the emotions of others. Is one of the important factors to get people success, keep the mental and physical health says by many experts. Social support, people obtain subjective and objective aspects of the help and the support of use. Is one of the important factors for people to adapt to the social self adjusting essential. We have enough reason to believe that emotional intelligence, and social support has positive effect to the policemen job burnout.Through the literature review, the questionnaire survey, correlation analysis and path return methods for the detention rehabilitation centers282policemen from yulin, nanning in guangxi by questionnaire survey, and then collect data, do statistical analysis. This study proposed the adjustment effect of emotional intelligence and the intermediary function of the model of social support.In particular, we get the following main conclusions in this research:1. The detention policemen show the different degree of significant difference in the gender, age, education, working years and marital status in emotional intelligence. Social support condition is well, and the job burnout is in a medium level, not very serious.2. The detention policemen’s emotional intelligence and social support of which have significant positive correlation, Emotional intelligence and job burnout is a significant negative correlation, Social support and job burnout also has significant negative correlation.3. Emotional intelligence and social support play a forecasts role in job burnout to the detention of policemen.4. Social support plays a mediating role in the detention of policemen’s emotional intelligence and job burnout.5. Emotional intelligence plays a regulatory role in the detention policemen’s social support and job burnout.In the theory of significance, this study for the detention drug rehabilitation center for specific object enrich the policeman job burnout and the research content of emotional intelligence; In the practice of significance, the results of this study can be applied in the detention and related system management. According to the results, on how to improve the detention policemen emotional intelligence this problem, a drug rehabilitation center managers detention Suggestions, hope to eventually improve the detention policemen emotional intelligence, so as to reduce the degree of job burnout.
