With the rapid development of China’s economy, culture, global"Chinese hot" rise, learning Chinese and understanding Chinese cultureand become a new trend worldwide to promote the vigorous developmentof the Chinese as a foreign language the cause. In China, tourism is astudy abroad to learn Chinese and practice Chinese and experienceChinese culture, and research on the travel food culture of teachingChinese as a Foreign Language is not, therefore we need the travel foodculture of teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language.This thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter, Chinese tourist food culture. The chapter discussedfrom the Chinese culture, the transition to Chinese tourism, culture, andthus explain the tea culture in China tourism culinary culture, wineculture and food eulture.Travel food culture in China in the second chapter, foreign languageteaching situation and needs. The chapter analyzes the relevant researchresults and related issues, from the Chinese as a foreign languagecurriculum design, the needs of foreign students travel food culture andthe study of theory and practice of combining the three, the authordiscusses the demand for travel food culture of teaching Chinese as aForeign Language in China.Chapter III, foreign language, travel food culture teachingsuggestions. Teaching suggestions, including curriculum design,preparation of relevant teaching materials, teaching methods, to enhanceteachers’ level and focus on individualized five specific content of theexpand. Travel food culture in Chapter IV,Foreign Language teachingpractice. The combination of the author experience in the Chinese ofInner Mongolia the Erenhot international language schools, internshipprofessor Mongolian students on how to carry out China food cultureteaching in Chinese as a Foreign Language.This thesis is in the process of writing the use of literature,comparative analysis, practice experience and questionnaire survey andother research methods, through travel food culture in the ForeignLanguage Teaching, to allow students to learn Chinese, understandChinese culture and experience the purpose of the travel food culture inChina. Chinese as a Foreign Language teaching theory and practice tomake a bit of thinking,hoping to promote the development of foreignlanguage career.
