Three of the vocabulary is a language system is the most positive andactive part, the changes of the social and cultural development can be directlyreflected in the vocabulary, vocabulary is a direct expression of social culture,color words as a part of the vocabulary system also have this function.Therefore, in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, some of the typicalcolor words with rich cultural connotation and words of color wordscollocation study is particularly important.Based on the cultural connotation of color words teaching and learningas a research perspective, analysis of the errors made by students in the aspectof color words in color words and culture connotation understanding bias, inview of the problem, comprehensive color word research status at home andabroad, with the aid of related theoretical perspectives and existing researchresults, from the perspective of culture to the color word meaning to explore akind of pay attention to the color words in teaching Chinese as a foreignlanguage culture input strategy.
