The research of emotion itself characteristics are the basis of the emotion research, at the same time is also the related research in the field of psychology is reference. Given the current mood psychologists began to pay close attention to the research of emotional time characteristics, including the emotion change speed, frequency and duration, etc. In its research methods, mainly combine the subjective report (e.g., The self-assessment questionnaire) with objective monitors and records (such as biofeedback technology) to observe participant’s response to emotional stimuli, besides, need to inspect the participants duration of the emotional experience. To study the inspiration of duration of the emotion itself, to some extent, is the result of the researchers who in-depth knowledge and understand the relationship between emotional and cognitive emotions, and emotion, to what extent, can influence cognitive processing and how to effect on cognitive processing, which cause a lot of researchers query and concern. Therefore, we start to research the duration of emotion and its influence on cognitive processing, which has important theoretical significance.This article contains two consecutive study, and adopt the emotion priming paradigm, firstly, with the help of the movie clips material table, self-evaluation scale of emotional experience, physiological feedback technology, we inspect different emotions (joy/fear) experience of subjective experience strength, and at the same time record the corresponding physiological indicators of change(e.g., skin temperature, galvanic skin and heart rate), and analyze the collected data, including the contrast of the different time trend of emotional experience, average difference of physiological index, difference compare between physiological indicators,etc. The second study, with the aid of MemSpan memory span test, analyse the difference of digital working memory span in the different time delay and homework time after the emotion is induced, and record and analyze between the difference on the value of a digital working memory span, the difference between the total available homework.Research results show that:(1) under the condition of pleasure and fear prime, the participant’s intensity of subjective joy experience is significantly higher than baseline, and the strength of joy and fear within7minutes still remain above baseline levels;(2) the galvanic skin and heart rate have significant difference on the phase; Skin temperature and heart rate have significant difference on the time interval; the interaction of emotional types and time interval have significant difference on the galvanic skin, skin mild heart rate; Heart rate has significant difference on the emotional type; the interaction of stages and time interval has significant difference in heart rate; the interaction of emotional types and stages has significant difference in heart rate; the interaction of emotional type, stage and time interval have significant difference in heart rate;(3) Digital working memory scores don’t change over time, but working memory has significant differences under different emotional state, Emotion’s interaction effect is very significant, the interaction of emotional type and time interval and the main effect of time interval are not significant;(4) available in the digital working memory test, the main effect of emotions type among subjects is remarkable.The results of this study can provide certain reference for emotional and cognitive researchers:movie video material can effectively induce the target emotions, the emotion can be maintained within a certain amount of time; Working memory span is relatively stable under certain conditions, but under different emotional state will have differences. To a certain extent, these research results can provide theory and facts for researcher’s experimental design.
