Research On The Construction Of Rural Public Cultural Service System

Culture is the lifeblood of a nation, is the spiritual home of the people. At present,China has entered a decisive stage of completing the building of a moderately prosperoussociety. In order to complete the building of a moderately prosperous society and realizethe Chinese dream of great renewal of the Chinese nation, we must promote thedevelopment and prosperity of socialist culture and enhance national cultural soft power.But China’s cultural development is not balanced. Compared with the development ofcultural industries, the development of public culture is relatively weak, and theconstruction of rural public culture is worrying. Thus, promoting the development ofrural public culture by strengthening rural public cultural service system is ofsignificance to the development and prosperity of the whole country’ culture and buildinga comprehensive well-off society.This article starts from the basic problems of rural public cultural service system,combines with the current status of China’s rural public cultural service system, andstrives to have a comprehensive understanding of the construction of rural public culturalservice system, systematically analyses the causes of the problems of the construction ofChina’s rural public cultural service system and proposes solutions to the problems of theconstruction of rural public cultural service system. This article is mainly composed ofthree parts. The first part of the article describes the connotation and theoretical origin ofrural public cultural service system. The second part of the article comprehensivelyanalyses of the achievements and problems of the construction of China’s rural publiccultural service system and the causes of the problems. The third part of the articleproposes solutions to the problems of the construction of rural public cultural servicesystem.
