The intention of this treatise is mainly to investigate the interaction betweenthe canals economic and local financial as well as water transport flooding,byinvestigating and analyzing the development of socio-economic and cultural changesof the Ming Dynasty in Xuzhou Region. There are3chapters in total of thistext,which contains about5,0000words, cutting-edge introduction of thesignificance of the topic of this article and literature review academic tradition andthe writing ideas and analysis framework; Chapter One discusses the rise of regionalwater transport in Xuzhou historical changes, where describes prosperity XuzhouCanal economic situation, at the same time paves the way for the followingdiscussion; Chapter Two is discussed by examining the links between the Flood andWater in Xuzhou area irrigating with water transport to the side to highlight itsimpact on economic development; Chapter Three is regarded by analysis of the theXuzhou local finance, taxes and LiJia development to illustrate the contact betweenthe organic and water transport; Conclusion concludes the paper basic point of viewand lays a study foundation to the inherent relationship of Canal Xuzhou economicdevelopment.
