In recent years, teaching Chinese as a second language research areas focused on the ontological study and the teaching methods research. However, I found that, even emphasized the importance of the Pragmatics, foreigners often can’t speak Chinese very well. So research on the aesthetic teaching gets very important.Firstly, I discussed the dimensions of the beauty of language, they were described as two aspects, three levels and four values; Then I showed the beauty of Chinese, that Chinese has six significant aesthetic values; Then I introduced the the development of the aesthetic education in the area of Chinese as first language and English. There were differences in the the first language aesthetic education and second language aesthetic education, English aesthetic education and aesthetic teaching in Chinese as a second Language, aesthetic teaching in language and appreciating in literature. Then I defined the aesthetic teaching of Chinese as a second Language and described the process of it as the basis. Teaching goals, objects and features also be defined. Next I offered the specific teaching methods of the aesthetic teaching, such as that in Chinese characters, voice, culture, and the artistic conception. Then I showed a real case of my experience about the aesthetic teaching. Then I analyzed it. I designed the feedback ways finally, and discussed the effectiveness of the aesthetic teaching.
