Commercial photography is the inevitable product for image to be involved incommercial competition, and has been recognized by the businessmen and accepted bythe public with its intuitiveness, aestheticness, appealness and persuasiveness. Intoday’s images-interpreting era, the function of commercial photography is not onlyreflected in the appeal of consumers and display of products’ characteristics. Itsaesthetic function has gained more and more concern and attention.Under the support of creative thinking theory of commercial photography,commercial photography must comply with the requirements of commercial and artisticrequirements, and designing thought and designing method have become two necessaryimportant part: designing thought guides the planning and creativity of commercialphotography, and the creativity is demonstrated by designing method, and guides theselection and application of the designing method in the field of commercialphotography. Designing methods follow the laws of formal beauty, and the photographyontology vocabulary, graphic design theory, color composition language are constructedand reflected in the picture. Abstract designing thought are converted into concretevisual images and the target audience are made to produce visual impact andpsychological resonance, and then produce the desire to purchase. That is to say that thedesigning methods is a beneficial supplement and concrete implementation of designingthought in commercial photography. With the rapid development of digital technology,digital technology has been fully integrated into the previous equipment preparation ofcommercial photography to the later digital darkroom production, leads to greaterimagination of designing thought, and designing methods get more technical supportand more possibilities. The dual characteristics of art and technique of commercialphotography make the designing thought and designing methods integrate with eachother perfectly. It embodies not only the mission of advertisement, but greatly increasesits aestheticness. Digital technology makes the commercial photography enter a new eraof diverse development with a great many channels. Commercial photographyconstantly adapts to the needs of the social and cultural environment from theinnovation concepts to designing method. Under the support of innovative thinking anddesigning method, it is believed that the commercial photography will go faster andfarther.
