Based on the northeast normal university280students, using random sampling and cluster sampling, in the form of emotional intelligence and mental toughness measurement, eliminate11a invalid questionnaire, get effective questionnaires. Get measurement results are as follows:1. The college students’emotional intelligence overall level is higher. In the gender, professional, family structure and the students and there was no significant difference. But in whether this student cadre, in emotional perception, to regulate the other people mood and emotional intelligence on the total score, with significant differences.2. College students’mental toughness overall in good condition. In the gender, family structure and the students, mental toughness and no significant difference. And in the psychological impact on dimension, different professional has significant difference, other dimensions and mental toughness total score and no significant difference. If the student cadre, personal ability, change and security, control and mental toughness total show significant difference; And in intuition and emotional, spiritual influence, whether the student cadre, does not have a significant difference.3. Emotional intelligence and mental toughness has the very high correlation, and emotional intelligence to mental toughness with prediction effect.
