Psychological resilience refers to a kind of psychological response in the face of difficulties,prosperity,sadness or other major life pressures.Psychological resilience not only affects one's life style,but also affects one's physical activity and happiness.The change of psychological resilience will lead to the change of physical activity level.Good physical activity level can not only achieve reasonable emotional catharsis and promote mental health,but also affect the level of happiness of college students.Physical activity level is an important indicator of psychological resilience indirectly affecting the level of happiness.The relationship between psychological resilience and happiness is also closely related.The higher the level of psychological resilience,the higher the level of happiness,and vice versa.On this basis,it is of great significance to help college students relieve their psychological pressure in an appropriate way to improve their physical activities,enhance their physical quality and enhance their happiness.The methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis were used in the study Short volume,life satisfaction scale and Psychological Resilience Scale were used as measurement tools.Based on the localization test of foreign psychological resilience scales mtq-48,mtq-18 and mtq-10,the relationship between psychological resilience,physical activity and happiness was further explored.1348 undergraduates from the first tier City University of Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou were selected as the research objects.SPSS17.0,Mplus,process and amos17.0 statistical software were used to analyze the data.The following results are obtained:1.Through the localization test of foreign scales mtq-48,mtq-18 and mtq-10,the single dimension mtq-10 has a good reliability and validity,and all indicators meet the standards required by measurement,which can be used as a measurement tool for the group psychological resilience of college students in China;2.There are significant differences in major and body weight variables between psychological resilience and well-being of college students,and no significant differences in other demographic variables.There are significant differences in the level of physical activity in gender,grade,major and body weight variables,among which the high-intensity movement of women is significantly higher than that of men,and the overall activity level of science students is higher than that of arts students;3.Psychological resilience was positively correlated with physical activity and well-being;4.Psychological resilience has a significant predictive effect on physical activity and well-being;5.Physical activity plays a part of mediating role in the relationship between psychological resilience and well-being,of which the overall level of physical activity accounts for 15.58% of the total indirect effect;high-intensity physical activity accounts for 27.27% of the total indirect effect;medium-intensity physical activity accounts for 51.84% of the total indirect effect,with the strongest intensity;low-intensity physical activity accounts for 4.62% of the total indirect effect,the results conform to the research hypothesis that psychological resilience is available Physical activity affects happiness.
