The Study And Analysis About The Training Of The Chinese Teacher Volunteers To Thailand

Since China adopted the opening-up policy, the national economy and theComprehensive national strength have developed rapidly. Chinese is playing moreand more important role in the international communication. As the emphasis onChinese, the number of Chinese learners is getting higher and higher, so the demandfor the Chinese language teachers is also increased year by year. In order tocompensate the shortage of Chinese language teachers, the Chinese teacher volunteerscame into being. Thailand is one of the first pilot countries to carry out the Chineseteacher volunteers’ project. Over the years, this project is verysuccessful; the work oftraining Chinese teacher volunteers to Thailand also has been more and more attention.Therefore, based on the new situation of Chinese international promotion, the authortargeted to analyze the work of training the Chinese teacher volunteers to Thailand.The author has studied the Hanban training scheme of the Chinese teacher volunteersto Thailand carefully, and investigated the Chinese teacher volunteers to Thailandthrough the questionnaire. Based on the analysis of the arrangement of the trainingcourses, we know the current training of Chinese teacher volunteers to Thailand stillexist some problems; this study aims at to solve these problems and puts forwardsome relevant suggestions.The first chapter analyzes the research background and the scope of the researchsignificance; in the second chapter, the author mainly describes the research methods,the research object, and the research status quo. The mainly contents are the thirdchapter and fourth chapter. The third chapter is focused on the survey of the trainingwork to the Chinese teacher volunteers to Thailand and the fourth chapter analyzes thetraining work and gives some comments. The last chapter is the summary about theshortcoming of the research and the advice for follow-up training.
