With the increasing strength of China's national power and the influence of One Belt One Road,the "Chinese fever" continues to rise,and more and more people choose to learn Chinese.In order to help solving the shortage of Chinese teachers around the world,hanban launched the "Chinese teacher volunteer program" in 2004,and sent a large number of excellent Chinese teachers to the world every year.As of 2016,there are 512 Confucius institutes and 1073 Confucius classrooms in 140 countries(regions)around the world.among these countries Thailand is the country with the largest demand for Chinese language teachers,in 2017 there were 1165 Chinese volunteers were sent to Thailand around engaged in Chinese teaching,there are 65 volunteers were assigned to Confucius classrooms.I had the honor to pass hanban's selection test in December,2016,successfully passed the pre-job training and arrived at Confucius Class Sawang Boriboon Wittaya School on May 21,2017.The author personally experienced arrived at Thailand's hesitation and perplexed deeply realized how to make Chinese volunteers especially class volunteers faster and better adapt to Thailand has become an urgent need to solve the problem.Based on Thailand 11 Confucius classroom Chinese volunteers as investigation object,in May 2017 to March 2018 to survey time,from two aspects of work and life for the analysis of volunteers in intercultural adaptation situation,aiming at the problems put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,to look forward to help the future more graduates who will come to Thailand to be Confucius classroom volunteers.
