The author uses the Japanese medical drama”Jin”,”Jin(final)”,”Team medicaldragon”(Season Three) as source language material of simultaneous interpretation practice.Medical theme was chosen not only because of the author’s own interest, but also because it isone of the difficulties in interpretation. Challenging this difficult is to improve the authorself. Simultaneous interpretation requests the interpreter has a wealth of experience, extensiveknowledge and strong language skills. Before the practice, the author watched about tenmedical dramas, at the same time the author also learned theories of simultaneousinterpretation, culture communication and interpretive translation theory. After those prepares, the simultaneous interpretation practice begins. During the practice, three difficulties appear.First, sequence differences in Chinese and Japanese; second, lack of medical professionalwords; third, lack of interpretive translation theory’s inflecting.First, sequence differences in Chinese and Japanese is a difficult problem to everyJapanese learner. Chinese basic word order is SVO (subject verb object), but Japanese basicword order is SOV. Sequence differences makes some difficulties in interpretation. About thisproblem, there are two steps to solve it. First step is interpret as the order of the sentence, andthen supplemented. This way uses in simple sentences. Second step is in half of the sentence, speculate the remaining contents and interpret it.Second, because of the lack of medical professional knowledge, medical professionalwords’ interpretation is also an important problem. To improve the medical professionalwords, the author uses the ways to remember them. They are imperceptibly remembering,English words using and understanding content.Third, because Chinese and Japanese cultures are different, the practice must reflectinterpretive translation theory to make interpretation perfect. But interpretive translationtheory is based on enough practices and exercises. The author’s experience is very poor, sothis application is only based on a preliminary understanding of the theory, understanding thecore content of sentences, removing the language shell and information reorganization. This simultaneous interpretation practice is not a real simultaneous interpretation, but itcan help improve personal interpretation level. The three main difficult problems encounteredin practice, still needs to be improved and enhanced through constant practice ofinterpretation.
