Existential sentence is not just Chinese or Russian phenomenon, but the sentence that generally appears in various languages,"existance" is a very important concept in any language. Chinese and Russian language scholars are very concerned about the existential sentence, its structure, semantics, pragmatics, a more in-depth research.Then analysing the Chinese existential sentences it were used the research of Zhang Xianliang (2010), Gao Wencheng (2008) and other scholars, then analysing the Russian existential sentences it were used the research of such scholars as Aryutyunova N.D., Shiryaev E.N., Seliverstova O.I., Belyaev E.N. etc. Comparison is a basic method of language study. In the process of learning a foreign language, then comparing the native language with the foreign language, it will greatly promote the learning of foreign language.This article is dedicated to the comparative study of Chinese and Russian existential sentence and finding out "similarity" and "distinction" of Chinese and Russian existential sentences.The purpose of this research is aimed at further the study of existence sentences. The results of the study can be used in Chinese and Russian teaching.
