In the1960s, the ESP rises in response to the proper time and conditions, and more and more people around the world have paid close attention to Business English. Since the reform and open-up policy, China has made a great achievement in the economy. Especially after entering the WTO, people’s living standard has made a significant progress. China plays an increasingly role in the international stage. China’s reform and open-up will be further deepened after the18th CPC National Congress and the trade exchange and cooperation will be more frequent with other countries. In addition, foreign trade activities that many departments and enterprises participated will be also increased. Business English quickly become a new, practical, hot industrial, leading to plenty of professional Business English translators. Also the translation theoretical research and technical improvement in the areas of Business English loom ahead.This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the domestic Business English Translation Industry, coming to a conclusion that China’s average annual GDP growth rate is10.7%and the average annual growth rate of total social investment in fixed assets is26%in recent decades. In addition, the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, Classification of National Economic Industries, and the Specification for Chinese Translation Service roughly classify, define, and standardize the translation industry. The targeted and subdivided translation policies can be expected soon. In view of this, the studies of Business English translation must be enforced. The future research perspectives in the Business English translation field will tend to the interdisciplinary research field. In the future, the combination of linguistics and translating will be a hot spot in the Business English translation field.In the actual business communications, the key point of translation is to accurately convey the author’s intension. After analysis of the text basic contents and translation criteria and methods in the view of text, it can be concluded that the purpose, circumstances of the communication, and rules of the linguistic play a key role in conveying the contents of the communication accurately. This paper combines both text theory and Business English translation by using a unique way. A more comprehensive implementation of the language symbol conversion will be realized, through analyzing the Business English text on the whole and details. Before that, it is necessary to fully understand the Business English text characters and the Business English translation, and also need to summarize the existing strategies and skills of the Business English translation, through analyzing specific examples in detail.Text theory and Business English translation skills are interrelated and interacted with each other. The text theory is part of the translation skills, and the translation skills are part of text theory. All studies of Business English translation on the basis of text analysis are essential, feasible, and meaningful. This paper starts from text’s basic characteristic, taking text translation as criterion, and then combining the existing Business English skills, thus collecting six means of text translation. At last, this paper discusses the application of the six means of the text translation, by taking Business English translation text for instance, trying to provide some enlightenment for the Business English translation.
