Abstract Children from divorced families are a group of scholars who get more and more concern nowadays,the first impression people had on them was odd and fragile,conclutions of literature and analysis about them were negative, these studies were relatively simple, mainly questionnaire measurement method was used.What is their reality? If they could achieve a good adaptation, what is the influencing factors?In this paper, a subgroup from divorced families--higher vocational college students were choosed as a sample for the study, literature analysis, qualitative interviews andquestionnaires were used to examine the relations between emotional intelligence, self-efficacy and resilience. The results are as follows:(1) Through qualitative research, we found that emotional intelligence, self-efficacy have a significant difference between higher vocational college students with different resilience level in divorced families, judging that emotional intelligence, self-efficacy and resilience all have correlation.(2) Higher vocational college students in divorced families have no significant difference on resilience,emotional intelligence and self-efficacy with non-divorced families, but we found significant difference on family support.(3) The total score of resilience as well as four factor scores,such as social skills, family support,friend support, optimistic and tolerant attitude differ on family relationship variables,there is no significant difference on emotion intelligence,but there is significant difference on self-efficacy.(4) For higher vocational college students in divorced families,their resilience and self-efficacy exist no significant difference on the gender variable, but self-efficacy exsits significant difference.(5) There is significant correlation between self-efficacy, emotional intelligence and resilience in divorced family students, emotional intelligence could indirectly influence the resilience through self-efficacy.(6) There is difference on relations between self-efficacy, emotional intelligence and resilience when family relations differs.(7) There is significant correlation between self-efficacy, emotional intelligence and resilience to male and female students in divorced families,emotional intelligence could indirectly influence the resilience through self-efficacy.
