On The Supply Mechanisms Of Public Cultural Service In The Perspective Of Public Sociology

In recent, public sociology is in the ascendant and has already made great progress as a new discipline; meanwhile, public cultural service is increasingly valued highly and concerned deeply by government, society and citizens as an important government function. At the same time, the development of theoretical researches and practical studies of public cultural service brings out the best in each other, and those researches provide new perspectives and rich materials for cultural studies.This paper took public sociology as its theoretical perspective, field method and cases study as its research techniques and Hangzhou city as its research model to analyze the supply mechanisms of public culture service in Hangzhou city. This paper sum up the background, the related important concepts, the whole status of supply mechanisms of public cultural service of Hangzhou city. And moreover, the basic principles--humanism, sharing, and innovation--of Hangzhou also be interpreted in it. On these basis, the government-leading mechanism, enterprise-leading mechanism and society-leading mechanism of public culture service in Hangzhou city were studied deeply, and in these sections, SWOT matrix was applied to conduct a pros and cons analysis. Combining with the practical achievements of the supply mechanisms of public cultural service in Hangzhou city, tactics and suggestions for the improvement of supply mechanisms of public cultural service also be submitted in the end of this paper.
