Research On The Supply Of Rural Public Cultural Services In C Town, Siping City

With the high-quality development of China’s economy,the public’s concern and demand for the supply of public cultural services has been increasing,and rural public cultural services have gradually entered the field of vision of researchers.Rural public cultural service is an important part of the government’s public cultural service,which is of great significance to the realization of rural revitalization and the construction of a new socialist countryside.It is very necessary to provide high-quality and colorful rural public cultural services and products for villagers.In this research,the supply of rural public cultural services in C Town,Siping City,an underdeveloped township in northeast China,is selected as the research object.The survey found that C Town has made some achievements in the rural public cultural work,but there are still some deficiencies.Restricted by the tight local financial resources and poor market environment,the imbalance between urban and rural development is still prominent.The public cultural construction presents the problem of small quantity and poor quality of cultural products,and the contradiction between supply and demand is very prominent.Such as rural public cultural service supply main body of a single,lack of rural public cultural service resource security,supply of rural public cultural service operation mechanism is not sound,weak rural public cultural service personnel,and prominent problems such as imbalance between supply and demand of rural public cultural services.From the perspective of the joint participation of government,market and social organizations,this paper deeply analyzes the existing problems and causes of various subjects and mechanisms in the supply system.Based on the public product theory and the new public service theory,this research draws lessons from the advanced development experience of domestic rural public cultural service supply and proposes further optimization countermeasures.Respectively is the innovation of government development concept,build multivariate main body to support collaborative supply system,perfecting the social capital as a complementary of fiscal funds safeguard mechanism and improve the management and operation mechanism of rural public culture supply,training,and attaches great importance to the professional culture team,guided by the demands of farmers’ culture unimpeded communication feedback channels,It can greatly improve the supply level of public cultural services in rural areas.These suggestions in order to further promote the rural public cultural service supply,explore the future development direction of rural public cultural services supply,as well as to other areas in China rural public cultural service supply development play a positive role.
