The Study On The Impact Of Tolerant Social Environment On The Development Of Creative Industries In China’s City

In recent years,creative industries have been develop rapidly over the whole world,Today,The scale and extent of creative industries have become the important symnbol of a country or city’s comprehensive competitiveness level.So,many countries and regions started to took appropriate policy to promote and support its development and set creative industries as strategic and pillar industries. However, compared with abroad, the development of creative industries in China is relatively late, and the theory and practice of research is still lagging behind. Although the study of foreign scholars suggest that the tolerant is of great significance for the development of creative industries, Chinese scholars still lack the depth and meticulous research and discussion, how does tolerant influence the development of creative industries, how to assess the current tolerant environment of China’s major cities,compared with other factors how much does tolerant influence the development of creative industries and so on is of great practical economic significance.Firstly,based on a depth review and discussion of the related theory, the paper Mining deep theoretical connotation of tolerance, theoretically analyzed the mechanism about tolerant affect the development of creative industries; Then,establishes an tolerant index system and assesses the developing level of tolerant in China’s major cities;At last, the paper take talent and technology as a control variable, a scientific measurement of the effect of tolerant influence creative industry is made. The study founds:From the geospatial features,Shenzhen in eastern coastal areas enjoys the highest score of the tolerance Generally,the developing level of tolerance stays relatively uniform, but the gradient characteristics is significant:on one hand, the eastern coastal cities have higher tolerance score. On the other hand, countries like Changsha in central region and Chengdu in western region also have superior tolerance;From the tolerant environment,the level of development of the three dimensions.The eastern coastal city has obvious advantages:Beijing has the highest score on the diversity,Shenzhen has the best performance in the open,Xiamen is the best city on inclusive; according to the regression model,the contribution of tolerance is less compared with technology and talent.openness,as the three dimensions of Tolerance, has the greatest impact on the creative industries.Finally, the paper analyses the causes and does further discussion.some policy recommendations are given.
