| With the advance of science and technology and people's rising consumption levels,the characteristics of knowledge-based economy and consumption economy has become increasingly prominent,The modern service industry based on new technology and new models has also developed rapidly.In such a large background cultural and creative industry was born and entering into a rapid development stage.Creative industry is a new industry,which is based on culture,creativity as the core,ideas as the driving force,through the use of high-tech means make cultural resources in-depth integration and promotion,and through the continuous development of intellectual property rights to produce high value-added products and services.Xiamen is in a critical period of economic structure and urban transformation.The cultural and creative industry has become one of the key industry.However,Xiamen has a weak foundation,competitiveness even has a big gap compared with other cities.Therefore,researching on competitiveness of cultural creative industry has important significance.This paper gives the definition of cultural and creative industries,analyzes the cultural and creative industry present situation of Xiamen,and select several key city to compare overall development and agglomeration level.Then,respectively from the explicit competitiveness,basic competitiveness and implicit competitiveness to build the evaluation system.Using principal component analysis method to analyze the competitiveness in Xiamen from 2005 to2015.Furthermore,in order to develop a better analysis,using the factor analysis method to make horizontal contrast of Xiamen and other important cities.Through factor rotation to grasp the root reason of low cultural and creative industry competitiveness of Xiamen.Finally,according to the analysis result and present situation,proposed the related policy suggestions and countermeasures from the economic environment,government behavior,talents cultivation and industry itself four aspects. |
