As the number of Chinese learner continues to increase in the world, the personalized learning of Chinese demand is also becoming increasingly prominent. With the reform and opening up, the relationship of China and the Czech Republic increasingly close links,"Chinese fever" continues to heat up. Chinese learning needs in Czech is constantly increasing. Especially in some emerging regions just started teaching Chinese, developing more rapidly, you can say that "in the ascendant.’In this paper, learning from needs analysis theory, modeled on the needs analysis model of Hutchinson and Waters (2002),I design a "Learning needs questionnaire for Chinese learners in Czech Republic about classroom learning",conducted a questionnaire survey from the main Chinese professional learners and non-learners these two Chinese professional learning Chinese from Palacky University.The purpose is to point out that what is helpful for the learning classroom environment, teaching content and methods, to analysis, discuss and investigate the specific needs of students from the aspects of the classroom environment, the teaching content and teaching methods, to make a better Chinese teaching in Czech and to provide a reference for Chinese teachers in Czech Republic, that can adjust teaching according to the survey.By this survey, we try to maximize the improve learning outcomes and to clarify the extent of learning needs and characteristics about classroom teaching for Chinese learners in Czech Republic, hoping to find English teaching mode in line with this group.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction to clear purpose and significance of this investigation. The second part is literature review to survey the relevant theories and methods involved in the investigation, and to review issues related to domestic and foreign scholars for the research.The third part introduces the research questions ofthis investigation, survey and research tools.The fourth part is to analyze and discusse the survey results from the aspects of classroom environment, teaching content, teaching methods.The fifth part is some recommendations on the findings.After a profound reflection of the findings on how to deal with the learning needs of learners in the Czech Republic, the author put forward her own proposals from the schools, teachers and textbook perspective respectively.In the school building, we recommend to arrange for the number of students in class reasonably, focus on creating a good teaching environment for students’ needs, and arrange for some cultural electives and cultural activitie s reasonably.In terms of classroom teaching, we recommend to pay more attention to the rational arrangement of classroom furniture and reasonable arrangements for primary teaching stage voice teaching, focusing on learning Chinese characters and experiences, reasonable certainty the amount of hours of teaching, teaching the use of reasonable methods of teaching experience appropriate arrangements for cultural lessons, reasonable arrangements for homework, and to focus on teaching feedback.In the preparation of local materials, it is recommended to write textbooks, teaching primary attention reasonable part of the arrangements for voice and learning of Chinese characters according to the needs and learning styles of students the flexibility.
