Influence Factors Of Wu-yue Jade In The Spring-autumn And Warring States Period

In this thesis, I selected the Wu-Yue Jade in the Spring-Autumn andWarring States Period for the study. Through the analysis of the shape,decorations, craftwork, material and cultural connotations, and on thisbasis, I made a comparison of the Wu-Yue Jade in the Spring-Autumn andWarring States Period and the early jade in Wu-Yue area and the surroundingjade in the same period to understand the relationship between the earlyjade culture Wu-Yue jade culture, also the relationship between Wu-Yuejade culture and the surrounding jade culture in the same period,according to have a deeper understanding of the early origin of Wu-Yueculture and the cultural exchange with other areas. And then have a morecomprehensive understanding of the development of jade culture in theSpring-Autumn and Warring States Period. Fill in the blanks in thecomprehensive research of Wu-Yue jade.There are five parts.The first chapter also is the introduction part sketch the reason ofthe topic, the research situation and two problems that need to beexplained in the thesis.The second chapter summed up the excavation of Wu-Yue jade,and dividedthe currently known excavation of Wu-Yue jade into two parts: theexcavation of Wu-Yue jade in traditional Wu-Yue area and other regionsoutside the Wu-Yue area.The third chapter analysis of the cultural factors in Wu-Yue jade.Atfirst, I divided Wu-Yue jade into four aspects from shape. Then, summedup and sorted out of the main decorations in Wu-Yue jade, and made a briefanalysis of the influence from other culture in decorations of Wu-Yue jade.Finally, discussed the craftwork and material of Wu-Yue jade tounderstanded the relationship between the early civilizations of YangtzeRiver in the downstream region and the Wu-Yue culture, and the influenceof craftwork from the surrounding area to Wu-Yue jade.The forth chapter analyzes the influencing factors of thedevelopment of Wu-Yue jade. This chapter divided these factors into twoparts. First, is the effect of early jade culture in Yangtze River in thedownstream region of Wu-Yue jade. This part starts from the choice ofmaterials and decorations, focuses on the analysis of the influence fromLiangzhu culture and Hemudu culture. Second, is the effect of the otherexternal factors. This part begins with the system of the disposition ofjade and craftwork and decorations, focuses on the analysis of the influence of the culture of Central China and the Chu culture forWu-Yue jade, also referred to the relatively weak affects from Wu-Yueculture to Chu unearthed iade.The last part is epilogue.
