Phonetic teaching is the key and the focus of international Chinese teaching. It becomes the most difficult part of speaking Chinese internationally due to the uniqueness of the pronunciation of Chinese character. This article based on teaching practice compares the pronunciation of several languages (Japanese, Korean, English, Spanish) and the mistakes made by foreign students in the process of learning Chinese phonetics. It also presents several methods for correcting these mistakes from the speech articulators and the place of articulation. Finally, this paper discusses the relationship between international Chinese teachers and the principles of phonetic pronunciation of Chinese language by the examples of the teaching of international Chinese teachers, in order that it could bring help and inspiration for the phonetic teaching of Chinese.There are five chapters in the article.Chapter1is’Introduction’. It introduced and explained the motivation, the significance, the situation,the ideas and the methods of the research.Chapter2is ’Principle of Sounds Pronunciation’.It expounded the mechanism of Sounds Pronunciation, like the power resources of pronunciation, the noumenon of sound vibration, resonance cavity of pronunciation.Chapter3is’Mistakes and rectifying methods of mandarin study of Chinese abroad students’. It is the main part of the article. It compared the sound of mandarin with other four languages form vowels, onset and rime perspectives. And it provided solutions from teaching practice and knowledge form chapter2.Chaper4is’International Chinese Teacher And the Principle of Sounds Pronunciation’.It declared the need for international Chinese teacher to master the principle of sound pronunciation from the particularity of the group, it also gave some studying suggestions.Chapter5is’conclusion’.It concluded the whole article, designated the deficiency, proposed the assumption of future pronunciation teaching and other research topics.
