Objective: Confidence and self-esteem, discussed in social anxiety and interpersonal skills, on the basis of the relationship between the method using control study, this paper discusses the training to improve vocational students' confidence, alleviate the self-esteem social anxiety, eventually improve interpersonal skills role.Methods: 1. By PEI, SES, IAS, SAD and interpersonal skills scales in higher vocational colleges of shanxi a 6 class 250 school students were investigated; On the above basis, using cluster random sampling principle extraction were randomly divided into four classes, experimental and control group, the group for confidence training without in any way intervention. Through six times after training the self-confidence and control experimental all SES, IAS, PEI, SAD and interpersonal skills scale measured after.2. Through the investigation and study, discusses self-confidence and self-esteem, social anxiety and interpersonal skills relations:3. Through intervention study, analysis for improving job training students' confidence, alleviate the self-esteem social anxiety, eventually improve interpersonal skills role.Results:1. Research results:1.1 The vocational high school students self-confidence levels (128.834±15.994), there are significant gender differences, in which girls total self-confidence was significantly higher than that of boys; in urban and rural, family economic status differences were significant; on whether child was no significant differences.1.2 Higher level of interpersonal skills stranger (133.601±18.846), there are significant gender differences, including interpersonal skills of boys was significantly higher than the girls; in urban and rural, domestic economy, whether child differences were significant.1.3 Related research shows, social skills and social withdrawal and distressed (r = - 0.476), communication anxiety (r = - 0.446), self-esteem (r = 0.325), self-confident total score (r = 0.385) have significant correlation.1.4 Regression analysis showed that total in social skills for the dependent variable, social withdrawal and distress, self-confident score, academic performance, self-esteem and whether one-child introducing regression equation.2. Intervention effect assessment:2.1 Intervention ended, intervention group students significantly higher than the personal evaluation score group, with significant difference (P < 0.001).2.2 Intervention ended, intervention group higher self-esteem score significantly higher than the control group, the communication anxiety, social withdrawal and misery and each dimension scores significantly lower than the control group, with significant difference (P < 0.001).2.3 Intervention ended, intervention group students interpersonal skills and each dimension scores significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference (P < 0.001).Conclusion:1. Confident of college students psychological and social anxiety, self-esteem,interpersonal skills have significant correlation.2. Through the intervention measures confidence training of higher vocational college students' self-confidence to intervene, intervention results showed that higher vocational students' self-confidence after intervention, self-esteem and social skills, and get significantly improve social anxiety was significantly reduced.
