With the expansion of university recruitment and the growing number of college graduates year by year, the employment situation facing those college students have become increasingly more serious. Given that many companies have leaned toward the job seeker with several years’work experience, it has just increased the pressure on employment for those graduates. In a labor market, the innovative undertaking has stood out as a great choice for college students. What is more, the entrepreneurial intention of college students has been seen as one factor to predict their entrepreneurial behavior.The majority of successful entrepreneurs have the creative personalities such as the optimism, curiosity, strong will, honesty, imagination and independence, which will be of great help to urge them to engage in the undertaking. However, the undertaking has also involved a high risk. It has to face the uncertainty and complicity. The social support is also known as one of most indispensable conditions for the entrepreneur for the reason that it will lead to the success to a certain extent.Chongqing is also an important development center in West China,as the fourth municipalities under the jurisdiction of the central government. The city is also the home to more than50universities with a great number of college students. In order to adapt to the changing situation of the employment for those college students in Chongqing and also provide more opportunities for the undertaking and employment of college students, the city has made a series of measures such as the small loan for the innovative undertaking made by college students as well as the opening of employment resource and market to both the students inside and outside the city on an equal basis in the recent two years. Hence, this paper will choose the college students in Chongqing City as the research subject and also make an in-depth analysis on the relationship between the entrepreneurial intention, creative personality and social support.The previous studies on the innovative undertaking of college students in China have focused on the content of the relevant education, the mode and means of realization as well as the existing problem. However, the study upon this issue in a quantitative and empirical manner is still quite scarce. From the perspective of psychology, this paper will adopt the survey method to carry out an empirical study. This paper will also aim to help those college students in Chongqing to better understand the undertaking, lead them reflect on this issue and also better engage in the innovative undertaking. What is more, it will also gain an understanding of the requirement of entrepreneurial education in college and the existing problems so as to help the authorities concerned to improve the entrepreneurial education among college students in Chongqing.The result of the research includes:1. The two questionnaires, namely the Questionnaire on the entrepreneurial intention of college students and the Questionnaire on the social support, have met the requirement of psychometrics and thus can be used as the measurement tool.2. The entrepreneurial intention of college students in Chongqing can be divided into four dimensions. According to the descending order of score, they will be presented as self value, personal control, entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial preparation.3. The four dimensions and total score of the entrepreneurial intention of college students in Chongqing have been featured by the significant difference in terms of gender. More specifically, the score of the boy student is higher.4. The four dimensions and total scores of the entrepreneurial intention of college students in Chongqing have been featured by the significant difference in terms of major. The score gained by the students of art has been the highest while that of engineering students is the lowest.5. The dimensions of the entrepreneurial motivation and personal control of college students in Chongqing have been featured by the significant difference in terms of school. To be more specific, those students from key universities have exhibited a stronger entrepreneurial motivation. In terms of entrepreneurial preparation, self value and entrepreneurial intention, there is not significant difference.6. The entrepreneurial preparation of college students in Chongqing have been featured by the significant difference in terms of family financial condition. Those students from more affluent families have exhibited a better preparation than those students from the common family. In terms of entrepreneurial motivation, personal control, self value and entrepreneurial intention, there is not significant difference.7. The total score of entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial preparation, personal control and self value of college students in Chongqing have been featured by the significant difference in terms of entrepreneurial experience. In dimensions of total score of entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial preparation and self value, those students who are currently engaged in the undertaking have achieved the highest score while those students with no entrepreneurial intention have obtained the lowest score. In the dimension of personal control, those students beginning their undertaking after gaining some work experience have obtained the highest score while those students with no entrepreneurial intention get the lowest score.8. The creative personalities such as the curiosity, imagination, challenge and total score of college students in Chongqing have been featured by the significant difference in terms of major. In the dimension of curiosity, those students of art have gained the highest score while those engineering students have obtained the lowest score. In dimensions of imagination, challenge and total score, those students of art have gained the highest score while those liberal students have obtained the lowest score.9. The creative personalities such as the curiosity, imagination, challenge and total score of college students in Chongqing have been featured by the significant difference in terms of family financial condition. In dimensions of the total score of creative personalities and curiosity, those students from more affluent families have gained the highest score while those students from poor families have obtained the lowest score. In the dimension of the imagination, those students from the poorest families have obtained the highest score while those students from common families have obtained the lowest score. In the dimension of the challenge, those students from more affluent families have gained the highest score while those students from poor families have obtained the lowest score.10. The creative personalities such as the curiosity, imagination, challenge, adventure and total score of college students in Chongqing have been featured by the significant difference in terms of entrepreneurial experience. In dimensions of the total score, imagination and challenge, those students who are currently engaged in the undertaking have achieved the highest score while those students with no entrepreneurial intention have obtained the lowest score. In the dimension of curiosity, those students who were once engaged in the undertaking have achieved the highest score while those students with no entrepreneurial intention have obtained the lowest score. In the dimension of adventure, those students who are engaged in the undertaking after gaining some work experience have obtained the highest score while those students who were once engaged in the undertaking have received the lowest score. 11. According to the descending order of social support in four dimensions, they will be presented as policy support, family support, school support and companion support.12. The four dimension and total score of entrepreneurial intention and the four dimensions and total score of creative personalities are significantly and positively correlated.13. Each dimension and total score of entrepreneurial intention and each four dimension and total score of social support are significantly and positively correlated.14. Each dimension and total score of creative personality and each four dimension and total score of social support are significantly and positively correlated.15. The creative personality will partially play an intermediate role between the social support and entrepreneurial intention.
