Entrepreneurship is a hot topic in today’s society, college students are the main force in business groups.College students entrepreneurship research is even more important. Students identify opportunities for entrepreneurial activity as the main clues and starting links, focusing on the content of that opportunity recognition process and influencing factors.Based on recent domestic and foreign combing entrepreneurial opportunities identification.The college students as research subjects, construct college students personality traits, social support and the relationship between the structure model to identify entrepreneurial opportunities, explore the relationship between entrepreneurial opportunity recognition factors and between the three.Throughout the study, around three aspects:first, the basic situation and characteristics of the students’personality traits, social support and entrepreneurial opportunities identification; Second, the study of undergraduates’personality, social support and entrepreneurial opportunities identification relationship; third, constructing a structural equation model to test the mediating effect. Based on more than 300 college students in Yangzhou University conducted a questionnaire survey and carry on statistical analysis of the data. According to the assumption of empirical testing, the conclusions are as follows:(1) The personality traits of college students in terms of grades, gender and family seat of college students are different.Openness of boys significantly higher than girls.Low-grade students, and that the family seat in the rural scored significantly higher neuroticism. They are more likely to have negative emotions or emotional instability.(2) Students at the level of social support in terms of grades and family seat of college students are different.Girls or home location in the city’s high level of social support of students, more readily available to support all aspects of society.(3) Students identify entrepreneurial opportunities in terms of grades, discipline and family seat of college students are different.Liberal arts students in the lower grades entrepreneurial attractiveness predominance, while low-grade students the opportunity to profit is also outstanding.(4) There is a significant negative correlation between the personality trait of college students and the opportunity of entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, and there was a significant positive correlation between the personality, the personality, the outward and the rigorous and the total score of entrepreneurial opportunities. There was significant positive correlation between social support and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, and the correlation coefficient was 0.684.(5) Social support is a intermediary factor between personality traits and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. Personality traits influence entrepreneurial opportunity recognition through social support.
