Tourist publicity materials are extremely important for a country to promote its tourist attractions, whose translation quality directly affects the national image and publicity effects. We found that we not only need to give full consideration to the grammar, logicality and rigor of translation, but also the expression habits of language during the translation process. For the purpose of making the translation smooth and faithful to the original, we cannot just make sentence elements "one-to-one correspondence" mechanically. It is necessary to transform the sentence elements properly. The conversion of sentence elements is wildly used in the translation, whose purpose is to make translation more fluent and conform to the language habits. This paper mainly summarizes the problems encountered in translation and discusses the methods of sentence elements conversion in tourist-related text translation through the concrete translation examples. On the basis of analyzing these examples, the paper mainly sums up the conversation of different sentence elements, including subject, object, attribute, adverbial. By this way the translator can transmit the related content and cultural connotation to foreign readers more accurately.
