Research On Competitiveness Evaluation Of Urban Culture

Competitiveness of urban culture in theory open up a new research field, hasimportant guiding significance to enhance the competitiveness of the city from thepractice. Based on the concept of culture and urban culture elaborate theories fromthe perspective of system theory connotation of urban culture defines competitivenessand build a conceptual model, the conceptual model includes the externalenvironment, internal systems and three levels of target. On this basis, the analysis ofthe factors affecting the competitiveness of urban culture, urban culture raisecompetitiveness evaluation index system of cultural facilities, cultural industries,cultural innovation, quality of life and culture of radiation as a secondary indicator.Cluster analysis using SPSS17.0software, based on fourteen sub-provincial city ofJinan,2011statistics for the selected data using factor analysis method to extract thesix main factor, and while using the selected cities were classified, urban culturalcompetitiveness index measure fourteen sub-provincial city and its comparativeanalysis.The results showed that, Jinan City Cultural Competitiveness Index ranked11, cultural innovation and attractive factor, the level of cultural facilities andcultural factors affect the competitiveness of Jinan largest cultural industries andcultural resources in the mining areas in the middle level, this proposed Jinan toprotect cultural heritage, integration of cultural resources, optimize the industrialstructure, to build the core brand, and strengthen the overall concept, strengthen theconstruction of public cultural facilities, to create a learning city, urban groupsdevelop policy recommendations innovation capability.
