The Role Of Rural Cultural Industries Development In The New Rural Construction

The aim of building a new socialist countryside is to achieve a new era of rural withdemocratic management, clean and tidy village, rural civilization, affluent life, and production development in the whole country. The soul of the construction of a new socialist countryside is the cultural construction. The important of cultural construction for the construction of a new socialist countryside is as important as freshwater for freshwater fish. If we leave the freshwater fish in the ocean, although it can swim, we would know the results. The new rural construction must rely on the culture that accommodates the development of new rural as catalyst.The cultural industry, a sunrise industry in the twenty-first century, is an important growth point of China’s economy and even the world economy. However, the cultural industry in rural area is relatively weak. The harmony in rural area is inseparable from the ideological and cultural construction. Cultural industry becomes a key point for the success of China’s economic development and construction of harmonious society. Thus, the research on cultural construction in farmers groups has important significance.To address the issues in the process of cultural industry construction in new rural, this study proposes several new ideas and methods which have great practical and directive significance. The new rural construction is related to the well-being of people and stable development of country. Thus, how to meet the development and need of the cultural construction in new rural is critical.This study firstly demonstrates the significance of cultural industry development for new rural construction. Then, the current status and deficiencies of cultural industry development in China are generalized and analyzed, respectively. Afterward, this study investigates the main factors which restrain the cultural industry construction in rural and analyzes the reasons according to the current problems. Finally, this study proposes several important measures for inheriting and developing farmer’s cultural life and explores a cultural development road with Chinese characteristics.
