| There have been a lot of achievements of research for Chinese monosyllabic and disyllabic words, especially the study of the verbs, adjectives, adverbs, but there is few research results for monosyllabic and disyllabic words of nouns. Learning from the previous studies and combining with the theories, this paper, in combination with rhythm, cognitive grammar, try to analyses monosyllabic and disyllabic synonymous nouns of Chinese Proficiency Outline Graded Words and Characters"(as amended) in qualitative and quantitative research, and discuses the grammatical functions of the monosyllabic and disyllabic synonymous nouns which contain the same semanteme. This paper mainly divided into three parts:the first part is the introduction, this part expounds the research object and scope, research status and existing problems, and research methods and ideas. The second part is the second chapter to the tifth chapter, by inspecting object classification in the corpus, for instance, compared the groups of monosyllabic and disyllabic nouns do the basic condition of the subject, object, attributive. The third part is the sixth chapter, mainly analyzes the component of asymmetry phenomenon of the monosyllabic and disyllabic synonymous nouns when doing the syntactic, the typicality of these nouns, and analyzes the "verb+noun" and "noun+noun" collocation and the reasons of differences. This article mainly solves the two problems:First, the differences of monosyllabic and disyllabic synonymous nouns which contain a same semanteme, and the reasons for the differences.Of these nouns do the subject, object, attributive, this paper argues that difference noun grammar function mainly reflects in:monosyllabic nouns restricted more, low degree of freedom, however, the disyllabic nouns restricted freedom is higher. And investigate its reason, mainly because of the disyllabic nouns are typical nouns, but the monosyllabic are non-typical nouns.Second, regarding the "noun+noun" collocation limit set in the structure of syllable, namely "1+2" and "2+1" been in the different constraints. On predecessors’research results, we attempt to put forward a new research idea, that is not only the relationship of attribute and center word will affect the structure between collocation, the two disyllabic noun’s word-formation of "2+2" may also affect "1+2" and "2+1" collocation. |
