The founder of modern linguistics, the Swiss linguist,Saussure said:"a nation’scustoms often reflected by its language, on the other hand, the language constitutes thenation to a large extent." Language is not only a kind of symbolic tool, it is also thenational spirit connotation embodied, and the idioms embody it in a proper extent, and in acertain extent, idioms can reflect this point better than other lexical units.As an idiom types in parallel with the two-part allegorical sayings, proverbs, idiomsplay a very important role in vocabulary units, but the academic research on inertial bodylanguage is only in recent decades, even the definition of "idiom" itself is Public opinionsare divergent., each holding one end; and after thousands of years social culture, idiomsnominal complicated, even difficult to define, let alone be arranged, but as Saussure said,language is a reflection of the national customs, so don’t go into the body, and from theperspective of social customs, idioms have a can be determined with similarities, i.e. thecultural meaning of social custom idioms; thus, extended to the teaching Chinese as aforeign language, because the idiom itself in the native language or first language of a largenumber of applications and its close relationship with the social customs and culture,language teaching is no longer simply indoctrination training linguistic ontologyknowledge, also is the Chinese culture, learn self-control, is a such a humanistic spiritcommunication.Language teaching mainly follows the "tool theory" the guide used to present,probably know but not why, because the idiom ontology research is not clear and accurate,but also easily lead to deviation of language knowledge teaching used in teaching Chineseas a foreign language; language and culture can’t be divided, the formation of languagecannot do without the cultural connotation of the accumulation, therefore, this paper willtry to explore its application in teaching Chinese as a foreign language from the phrasecultural perspective, analyzes the deep cultural reason of error, in order to find it, teaching,makes the language teaching and intercultural communication can complement each other.
