Research On The Reform In Government Organization In Laos

The Lao People’s Democratic Republic since its establishment in1975, has carried out many times the government institutional reform. This thesis starting from the perspective of institutional reform, to explore the management issues of the Lao government. Clarify the actual situation of the Lao government’s institutional reform and the problems to sort out the basis of the historical stage of reform of government institutions in Laos, and reveal the cause of the problem. To concluded that the Lao government in the direction of institutional reform is the establishment of limited government, service-oriented government and the rule-oriented government. Meanwhile, the reform should be to establish a scientific concept to optimize the organizational structure, improve the supporting system, to create a suitable environment. This paper tries to be innovative in the Lao government’s institutional reform, to provide theoretical support for the Lao government’s institutional reform.To provide an inexhaustible driving force for development; also provide a reference for other Southeast Asian countries reform of government institutions.
