For our current law practice urgent need for reform of the law firm to distributesystem, this article will discuss is given a pay attention to development and forecast ofcomprehensive performance evaluation index system. According to the law firm ofindustry characteristics, using the Balanced Score Card theory, in the existingperformance evaluation system based on the work process and, by extending thelearning and growth dimensions, increase the proportion of non-financial indicators,and the sustainable development of dimension is introduced which, to establish a setof suitable for the national conditions of our country ’s domestic law firm performanceevaluation the Balanced Score Card performance evaluation system.
