The information technology has brought us a great convenience, but in the meantime,we have been involved in the information risks along with it. With the deepening ofinformatization, information security plays an increasingly crucial role in undergraduates’daily lives, studies and researches. However, due to the immature by China’sundergraduate student’s information security culture, education resources, forms ofeducation and evaluation criteria, affect military academy undergraduate studentsinformation security education training quality.The core of this study is the information security literacy, aiming to enhance theoverall level of undergraduate information security literacy and employing literature study,surveys, mathematical statistics, and system analysis as the research methods. First of all,based on domestic and foreign studies on such key terms as information literacy, information security, information security awareness, and other concepts, this thesisre-interprets the connotation of information security literacy, its four core elements andtheir interaction. Second, the thesis analyzes the current undergraduate informationsecurity literacy education, pointing out the existing problems, and then providing arealistic basis to build a training mode. Then, theoretically supported by the aforementioned training mode and the constituting elements, the thesis builds the training modefor undergraduate information security literacy, i.e. CIII mode, which is an abbreviation ofCenter, Indemnification, Impulsion and Improvement and discusses the four element inthe training mode. Apart from this, taking the learning process of undergraduates intoconsideration, the thesis also designs a practical implementation plan for the CIII mode.Finally, giving personal opinion in research direction and deepening goals, in order to obtain a more desirable research.In conclusion, the study redefines the connotation of information security literacy andits four core elements, constructs a system of undergraduate information security literacytraining mode, and designs an implementation plan, in order to provide reference mode aswell as the detailed implementation program for undergraduate information securityliteracy.
