By the new term of top CPC aiming at building the social security system andprotecting the disable’s democratic rights, Chinese government put forward to building aharmonious society which needs to achieve the balanced development of interests ofpeople in all social groups with disabilities and to benefit from the well-beings of theconstruction of reform and opening up policies. However, the disabled that is thevulnerable group in the society lives in a low level for employ as well as living standard,which will be the short boards for the harmonious society.Wanzhou is the second largest city in Chongqing, and it had stepped intoindustrialization and urbanism, the wealth chasm between the richest in urban and thepoorest in rural area contrasts sharply. How to enlighten the employment rate and theemployment level for the vulnerable group in rural area matters a lot for theoreticalresearch and practical application.The essay consists of six parts. By investigating and studying the disabled groups’employment situations in Wanzhou rural area，give a full explanation for the disableditems and the concerned concept of the employment of the disabled in the beginning;then, comb the employment policy in Wanzhou and the state of employment in ruralarea; at last, the author evolves some general questions，analyzes its reasons and putsforward some practical proposals.
