People expectedto pass legislation to regulate the labor dispatch system. There are two trends ofLabor dispatch in our country: First, employment increased rapidly, the number ofdispatch dispute cases is increasing. In this context, on December28,2012, thethirtieth session of the Eleventh National Peoples Congress Standing Committee hasthrough a decision on the amendments to the Labor Contract Law to improve theregistered capital of the dispatch operation.
