Study On Hu Jintao’s People-oriented Concept

People-oriented Concept is a scientific argument put forward by Mr. Hu Jintao deriving from the experience and lessons of the economic and social development both domestic and abroad according to the basic theory of Marxism. It is a perfect combination of the basic theory of Marxism with the actual national conditions of China. It is a new theory achievement concluded by applying Marxism into Chinese reality.In this new era, it is of prominent importance and far-reaching meaning to study Hu Jintao’s People-oriented Concept in carrying out Scientific Outlook of Development and building a harmonious and better-off socialist society with Chinese characteristics.This thesis addresses its focus of Hu Jintao’s People-oriented Concept from the following aspects:First Part:Introduction. It consists of the meaning of choosing this topic, the current situation both domestic and abroad for this study, ways of study, the basic frame and main innovation points. This part is the preliminary basis for the study of Hu Jintao’s People-oriented Concept.Second Part:Theory Origin and Reality Base of Hu Jintao’s People-oriented Concept. From the point of view of theory origin, Hu Jintao’s People-oriented Concept is a dialectic absorption and abandonment of traditional Chinese people-centered thinking, and a succession and development of the humanistic theory of Marx and Engels and the people-centered thinking of the three generations of CPC collective leadership. From the point of view of reality base, it is the development needs of modern world and China’s socialist construction that promote the formation of Hu Jintao’s People-oriented Concept.Third Part:Content of Hu Jintao’s People-oriented Concept. This part summarizes and expounds the basic content of Hu Jintao’s People-oriented Concept based on the speeches given by Hu Jintao on several major conferences and relative theory achievements of the academia. This study starts from introducing the meaning of "people" and "oriented" from Hu Jintao’s People-oriented Concept and then points out its basic content "Development for the people, by the people and to the benefit of all the people", which is the key points of this thesis. Fourth Part:Significance and Implementing Approaches of Hu Jintao’s People-oriented Concept. Hu Jintao’s People-oriented Concept has significant theoretic value and practical value. It can be implemented from the following five aspects:build up socialist material civilization construction, build up socialist spiritual civilization construction, build up socialist political civilization construction, build up socialist ecological civilization construction and build up socialist civilization construction. The ultimate purpose of theory study is to guide practice, so this part is also a keystone of this thesis.
