The rural population in China accounts for80%ofthe total population, the rural people’s diet security relate to the national economy andpeople’s lives. However, in recent years, rural food safety incident occurred frequently,they harm to the rural people’s life and health, also disrupt the rural order, impedes ruralall aspects of development. The development of the countryside also blocks the overalldevelopment of nation and society. In order to promote the development of rural andimprove the living condition of farmers, balance development between urban and rural,realize the construction of socialistic harmonious society, the government and civil societyorganizations and individual citizens are actively into rural construction, for deal withrural food safety emergencies contributed power, and has made remarkable achievement.But whether the government or the third sector or citizens, all had problems in the disposalof the rural food safety emergencies process, must take actions to improve.
