Present Situation Of Legal Consciousness Of Our Citizensand Its Developmentpath

The legal system modernization from the social point of view, on the one hand,"the rule of law, building a socialist country ruled by law" in the process of the socialist legal system has gradually improved, the basic framework of China’s socialist market economy and socialist political system of law has been formed. The socialist legal system modernization, has achieved a great success. On the other hand, in the process of development goal of legal system, we are faced with many challenges and problems. In a sense, legal consciousness of our citizens is the realization of the rule of law, building a socialist country under the rule of the key. In order to realize the socialist rule of law, must form the spirit of the law and the modern adaptation of the socialist democratic politics and the market economy, our social main body universal modern legal consciousness. Socialist construction of the rule of law as a systematic project, should be based on China’s social modernization of the whole system, based on our country citizen law consciousness modernization, comprehensively grasp the relationship between social legal system, promoting China’s social progress in the rule of law and overall progress of the consciousness of laws.This paper starts from the connotation, structure and function of legal consciousness of citizens, expounds the importance of cultivating citizen awareness of the law, the citizen law consciousness construction of our country’s achievements, objectively analyzes the legal consciousness of our citizens problem and its causes, puts forward some paths and create a favorable legal environment from strong law popularization efforts, and improve the cultivation mechanism etc.. This is to improve the legal consciousness of our citizens has certain practical significance.
